Berlin—April 27, 2021—SuitePad, Europe’s leading provider of digital guest communication systems for the hotel industry, has installed guestroom tablets at Shangri-La Hotel, At The Shard, London, with tablets having been incorporated into all of the hotel’s 202 guestrooms and suites, as well as in the restaurant, lounge and bar.

Providing a digital platform for information on hotel services, ordering room service, and offering an open communication channel to the front desk for guests, the tablets are now located in all rooms, with SuitePad’s installation also enabling guests access to Shangri-La’s Golden Circle loyalty programme and information about the Shangri-La App.

In addition to their guestroom benefits, the SuitePad tablets installed in the hotel’s TĪNG Restaurant and Lounge, and GŎNG bar allow guests to digitally browse the menu via tablets located at their tables.
