The Basic Revenue Management Certification is designed for all levels of understanding, from Revenue professionals - who often don’t have formal RM training - to related disciplines such as Marketing, Sales and Finance, as well as Hotel Managers and General Managers.
The online programme includes theoretical and practical content on basic concepts of Revenue Management, such as understanding KPIs, Benchmarking, Quality, Segmentation and Forecasting.
