The Group enters 2024 with several promotions across its executive team

Rosewood Hotel Group is pleased to announce several exciting changes to its expanding team of experienced leaders. Guided by the Group’s philosophy of Relationship Hospitality, Rosewood Hotel Group’s personnel comprise the industry’s most devoted and spirited individuals, united in a shared desire to create enriching experiences for both guests and fellow associates. As Rosewood continues to expand its global footprint, the Group has recognized the achievements and contributions of its existing leaders with several fitting promotions.

  • Agnes Park has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Legal and General Counsel, and will oversee global legal, compliance, and regulatory functions, ensuring the utmost standards of legal compliance and excellence are maintained throughout development, operations, and corporate activities.
  • Trish Luyckx has been promoted to Chief Design and Project Services Officer. Trish began her tenure with Rosewood in 2015 and has overseen the design of all new builds, conversions, and major renovation projects within the Group’s expanding global portfolio. Trish’s profound expertise in design and project management has been instrumental in shaping Rosewood Hotel Group and its properties worldwide. In this new role, she will continue to lead hotel design projects for the Group’s current portfolio and pipeline of new hotels and residences, executing the seamless integration of the brand’s vision into every aspect of its properties, driving excellence in design and innovation.
  • Working closely with Trish, Soo Jeong Lee has been promoted to Vice President, Design, Global, where she will oversee the design projects for all Rosewood properties worldwide. Soo Jeong has been part of the Rosewood family since 2017. Her key responsibilities will include guiding the creative process, ensuring design consistency, and maintaining the unique identity of each property while fostering innovation and sustainability.
  • Vicki Hall has been promoted to Vice President, Project Services, Global. Joining Rosewood Hotel Group in 2016, Vicki’s leadership will ensure global initiatives are aligned across all regions. In her new role, she will provide crucial guidance on all projects and renovations, ensuring that the integrity and standards of the brand remain at the forefront of design and quality control.
  • Nicole Young has been promoted to Vice President, Revenue Management and Distribution, Global. Nicole joined Rosewood Hotel Group in 2017 to drive revenue through the optimization of revenue management and maximizing distribution opportunities across key traditional and emerging channels. In her new position, she will also act as the regional business expert for the Americas while leading the charge in advancing global revenue management and distribution processes and systems.
  • To support Rosewood’s growth in the Europe  and optimize its operational excellence, Vincent Billiard has been promoted to a regional role as Regional Vice President, Central and North Europe and Managing Director of Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hotel. Vincent joined Rosewood in 2020 following his appointment as Managing Director of the iconic Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hotel, which, under his leadership, has been awarded several coveted accolades, including a place on the inaugural World’s 50 Best Hotels list in 2023.

With an evolving global portfolio of world-class luxury hotels and residences, these appointments support the strategic growth of the company and its debut in new markets – with the Group’s footprint reaching new destinations, including Japan, the Netherlands, Austria, and Qatar in 2024.
