Paris

With breathtaking views of poetic Paris, and less than 30 minutes from the Stade de France, the Hôtel du Louvre, offers a luxurious haven in the heart of the city. Part of the Unbound Collection by Hyatt, guests can revel in the essence of Parisian “art de vivre” from an elegant suite, where a décor of soft, light tones is set against the striking artwork of French illustrator Emmanuel Pierre. In the restaurant, foodies can discover the famous recipes of world-renowned chef Paul Bocuse, known as the “Chef of the Century”.

Nice

For those looking for calm, but still enamoured by the cultural vibrancy of a large city, Nice has long been a popular choice. The five-star beachfront Hyatt Regency Nice Palais de la Méditerranée offers the perfect base for travellers looking to experience this charming coastal spot. With sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea, a well-equipped spa, and expansive suites, the property provides a host of luxury experiences to enjoy this summer. The city is just over an hour away from Paris by air, and will be the base for six football games during the Olympics.

Cannes

The French Riviera has long been famous for its azure blue waters, rich cultural heritage and celebrity glamour. Opened in the late 1920s, Hôtel Martinez was and is the place to be seen on the iconic Crosette. Enjoy a moment of tranquility at L’Oasis du Martinez, a wellness spa set in a luxurious garden that extends over a total of 2,800 m2 and focuses on revitalizing activities. High speed trains connect Cannes with the capital.

Biarritz

Founded in 1854, the Hôtel du Palais is the former imperial residence of Napoleon III and Empress Eugenie. Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, the hotel offers three unique retreat experiences, as well as surfing lessons, beach walks, yoga, massages, and meditation – all tailor-made by Hyatt’s wellbeing experts. Guests can savour traditional flavours from the Basque Country’s sea and land in the La Rotonde restaurant. Consider taking a slow train from Paris to enjoy the beauty of the French countryside.

Michel Morauw, Hyatt’s AVP France and Managing Director Hyatt North EAME, said, “We’re thrilled to be welcoming visitors to Paris for the most prestigious of sporting events, and hope that they will enjoy the excitement of the games as well as the diverse cultural heritage of this city. But with the summer sun set to shine across the country, we encourage travellers to not only enjoy a visit to the capital, but also discover what the whole of France has to offer. By listening to our guests, we know there is a growing desire for curated experiences that prioritise wellbeing, which is why we’re delighted to share a spotlight on things to do, see and experience at our properties this summer. Bon Voyage!”
