Paintings, furniture and antique objects, curtains and warm fabrics, headboards, but also dishes ... All this decoration that makes the Sources de Caudalie a unique address, it will now be possible to take it home.
Indeed, from 14 to 21 January 2022, the furniture of 23 rooms, the restaurant La Grand'Vigne**, as well as the bar Le French Paradox, will be on sale, i.e. no less than 300 lots, with estimates ranging from 10 € to 1000 €.
The opportunity to give a second life to all this furniture, in accordance with the eco-responsible philosophy of Alice and Jérôme Tourbier, owners and founders of the place, who wish to turn to an image in line with environmental issues. This is what led them to work in partnership with ADER EP, the first auction house dedicated to the enhancement of companies' assets, in a responsible economic approach.
On the occasion of this auction, part of the funds raised will be donated to the local association La Maraude du Coeur. This non-profit association in Bordeaux helps people in precarious situations, in particular by distributing meals, but also basic necessities and hygiene products and clothes. This is a cause to which Les Sources de Caudalie and the Tourbier couple are particularly sensitive, as players in the hotel and restaurant industry. As winter and the end of the year holidays approach, the needs of the association are developing.
The auction will be held online on ader-ep.com from 14 to 21 January 2022 (closing at 11 am, January 21, 2022) and the lots will be publicly exhibited on site from 12 pm to 6 pm on Saturday, January 15, 2022, at the Pavillon du Thil: 35 Chem. Le Thil, 33850 Léognan.
