Cole and Son - Create the perfect commercial space with colour and pattern

Hilton currently has more than 50 hotels trading or under development in Russia, including the Hilton Moscow Leningradskaya.Commercial spaces are set apart from the crowd by their unique interiors, with colour, pattern, scale and furnishings significantly enhancing a building's personality, and creating memorable experiences that consumers return to time and again.

Le Philanthrope, Switzerland - Palm Leaves

Le Philanthrope restaurant in Geneva oozes 1960s contemporary chic. The interior's olive tones, complemented by the amber pendant lighting, creates a kitsch and inviting interior with Cole and Son 'Palm Leaves' print tying the scheme together with its bold pattern repeat.

Geneviève Vadi of Détail, the interior design agency who created the decor, chose the paper in order to add "a touch of luxuriant exoticism in an urban context", explaining that Détail particularly wanted something that gave "a dynamic feel, [which is] created by the geometric patterned vegetation".

Manchester Hall, UK - Hicks Hexagon

The gold, burnished shine of exposed metalwork mixed with the opulent metallic and charcoal geometric design of the 'Hicks Hexagon' print creates a chic and stylish ladies' powder room at the Manchester Hall. With a warm, art deco feel, the bathroom design was created with a subtle nod to the Manchester bee, complemented by the geometric tile work above each basin - a hive of beautiful design.

Fans of the Harry Potter series can now sleep in the Forbidden Forest of the JK Rowling suite. Rich in cosy soft furnishings, the room transports you to the magic of Hogwarts, creating a truly unique interior.

Hala Ali, interior designer, explains why she was so drawn to the design. "'Hicks Hexagon' was the perfect wallpaper for the interior," she says. "The concept I had for the entire hall was based around the Manchester bee, and 'Hicks Hexagon' had the perfect geometric honeycomb pattern I was looking for, which allowed the concept of the bee to be carried throughout the building, even to the interior of the bathrooms."

The Balmoral, Edinburgh - Woods and Stars

The most magical of Cole and Son's designs, 'Woods and Stars', is reserved for the most enchanting of rooms. Fans of the Harry Potter series can now sleep in the Forbidden Forest of the JK Rowling suite, where the wizarding series was completed during a stay by the author in room 552. Rich in cosy soft furnishings, the room transports you to the magic of Hogwarts, creating a truly unique interior.

The Balmoral design team looked to Cole and Son as "the ['Woods and Stars'] wallpaper was completely in line with the JK Rowling theme we wanted to achieve".
