European hotel values rise 3% in 2022 in what proved a mixed year for the sector, says HVS report

Hotel values across Europe rose around 3% in 2022 with Paris, London, Zurich, Amsterdam and Rome remaining those with the highest valued hotels, according to the annual European Hotel Valuation Index (HVI) published this week by global hotel consultancy HVS.

OYO UK doubles its revenues from pre pandemic levels

Global travel technology company, OYO’s UK operations saw a 140% uplift in revenue or Gross Booking Value (GBV) in 2022, surpassing pre-pandemic levels of 2019. London emerged as the best performing market showing strong Y-o-Y growth followed by other regions such as Brighton, Cornwall, Great Yarmouth, Devon, Portsmouth, Plymouth, and the Midlands.

Radisson Hotel Group opens first Radisson Individuals hotel in Paris
