Hilton has been named the number one company to work for in India by Great Place to Work for the third year in a row. The ranking, based on employee feedback and workplace culture assessments, highlights Hilton’s sustained performance in creating a supportive and engaging work environment.
The award places Hilton as the only hospitality company in India to hold the top position for three consecutive years, a milestone the company attributes to its employee-centric policies and programmes. These include professional development initiatives, well-being resources, and recognition platforms such as the CEO Light & Warmth Award and Thrive@Hilton.
