CULINARY EXPERIENCES, The Michelin-Starred cuisine of Ristorante FRE* Restaurant FRE reopens with a bang and an exciting news: A new menu created by the celebrated French Chef Yannick Alléno. At FRE Alléno brings his ideal of modern cuisine, his culinary artistry and his love of bold flavours and applies it all to the ingredients of the Langhe region. The new menu - uncompromising and elegant at once - is perfect combination of international vibes and territorial roots; a flavour journey that will surprise diners at every step.

Breakfast is served in rooms as well as in the restaurant dining room or, in the good season, on the large panoramic terrace. The showstopping spread counts a number of local delights and homemade baked goods to suit all whims.

At lunch, guests can choose between a Bistrot selection, which guests can enjoy while lounging on the terrace or take on a picnic adventure in the vineyards.

At dinner, Ristorante FRE (One MICHELIN Star) dishes out a fine dining experience, with tasting menus ranging between four, seven and ten courses and an à la carte offering on the cusp of modernity, internationality and rootedness.

PLEASANT IDLENESS

The outdoor infinity pool with its solarium and jacuzzi invite guests to relax in the sun and enjoy some much-welcome idling with a side of picturesque sights.

The spa, obtained from the old cellars of the San Sebastiano estate, has a sauna, a Turkish bath and a series of small lounge areas, alongside a pool with thermalized water and a view of the facing vineyards.

The wellness centre offers pampering services such as scented baths in a wooden barrel, and body and face massages and treatments using Réva beauty products (made with organic grapes from the estate’s winery).

The small, 9-hole golf course is adjacent to the resort and immediately accessible by guests looking for a couple of rounds on the green.
